Xwhy (UAB Theoria)

In our daily work, we have been applying methods of systems thinking and design thinking, combining them with tools borrowed from social sciences and humanities. We tested all that at our disposal until we fine-tuned our own way of facilitating change — the context-centric approach. It is based on three core principles:

  1. We start with the fact of not knowing;
  2. We focus on the context — not planet, not humans, not people, not users, not consumers;
  3. We reveal, not state.

Our focus is sustainability and culture related projects. We base our work on participatory research and active stakeholders’, communities’ involvement in the process. We create strategies for the public and private sectors, that combine economic, social, environmental and cultural areas, and connect local identity with Sustainable Development Goals.
